ルール Rules

公式Discordの利用及びElementX Networkで遊ぶには、以下のルールを守らなくてはいけません
違反した場合は利用規約及びサーバーでの処罰方法の通りに処罰を行います To use the official Discord and play with Element X Network, you must follow the rules below.
If you violate it, you will be punished according to the terms of use and the punishment method on the server.

マインクラフトサーバーでのルール Rules in Minecraft Server

誹謗中傷や暴言の禁止 Prohibition of Slander and Abuse

・他者に対する誹謗中傷及び暴言に値するチャット行為やそれらに相応するあらゆる建築を行う行為 ・Chat acts that deserve slander and rant against others, and acts that perform any construction corresponding to them.

迷惑行為の禁止 Prohibition of Harassment

・他者が迷惑と感じるようなあらゆる建造物の建築、チャット、煽りに該当する行為
・全体チャットでの連続発言や短い文字列を何度も発する行為
・運営に対しての催促等を行う行為 ・Acts that correspond to the construction, chat, and fanning of any building that others find annoying
・The act of making continuous remarks and short character strings in the whole chat
・Acts that urge management

負荷行為の禁止 Prohibition of Load Behavior

・サーバ、接続プレイヤーに対して無為な負荷をかけるあらゆる行為
・サーバー内にて計算量を必要とする（より負荷をかける）ブロック（水、絵画、看板など）の過度な設置 ・Any action that puts unnecessary load on the server and connected players
・Excessive installation of blocks (water, paintings, signboards, etc.) that require a large amount of calculation (more load) in the server

不正ログインの禁止 Prohibition of Unauthorized Login

・他者の名前（ID）でログインする（接続する）行為
・サブアカウントの使用、多数のアカウント作成・使用を行うこと
・VPNを利用したサーバーへの接続

※ただし事情により他のアカウントを使う必要がある場合やVPNを使う必要がある場合、VPNを使用していないにもかかわらずVPN使用中と表示される場合はDiscordのチケットからお問い合わせください ・Logging in (connecting) under another person's name (ID)
・Using sub-accounts, or creating and using many accounts
・Using a VPN to connect to a server

*However, if you need to use another account or VPN for some reason, or if you are not using VPN but it says VPN in use, please contact us via Discord ticket.

一部外部ツール使用の禁止（使用可能かどうかが不安な場合はお問い合わせください） Prohibition of using some external tools (Please contact us if you are uncertain whether it can be used)

・外部クライアントの使用を使用する行為（全ての外部クライアントの使用を禁止しています）
・不正行為が可能なツール（チート, Mod）や他のプレイヤーとのハンデになりうるツール、及びそれらに該当する行為
（例: X-Ray, ホイールクリック, チャタリング, マクロ, Hitbox等）

※上記の行為を他人がやっている(使っている)とわかっている状況で黙認しているのが発覚した場合、相応の処罰が与えられます ・Acts that use the use of external clients (use of all external clients is prohibited)
・Tools that can cheat (cheat, mod), tools that can be handicapped with other players, and actions that correspond to them
(Example: X-Ray, wheel click, chattering, macro, Hitbox, etc.)

*If it is discovered that someone else is doing (using) the above actions and you are acknowledging them, you will be given appropriate punishment.

想定外の行為の禁止 Prohibition of Unexpected Acts

・本来の動作とは異なるバグによる不正利用（バグはお問い合わせからおしらせください） ・Unauthorized use due to a bug that is different from the original operation (please let us know the bug by contacting us)

宣伝行為の禁止 Prohibition of Advertising

・当サーバー内で提供しているサービス以外の宣伝を行う行為（提供サービスの一例: ギルド宣伝等は許可します） ・Acts of advertising other than the services provided on this server (Example of provided services: Guild advertising, etc. are permitted)

遊ぶにあたる禁止行為 Prohibitions to Play

・ファーム行為 ・Farm Act

敵チームの拠点やそのゲームのコア（例: Annihilationの場合はネクサス）を完全に制圧しているにもかかわらず、XPやキル数稼ぎのためにプレイヤーを倒し続ける行為は、禁止されています。敵拠点を制圧した後は、速やかにコアの破壊を行ってください。"制圧"というのは、"戦況が有利であり、あなたやラッシュ中の仲間に大きな危険が無い状態で、コアにダメージを与えられる位置に居ること"を指します。
ただし、敵のTPを用いたファームや、敵拠点以外の場所でのファームは許可されています。
It is forbidden to keep defeating players to earn XP or kills, even though they have completely controlled the base of the enemy team and the core of the game (eg Nexus in the case of Annihilation). After controlling the enemy base, destroy the core immediately. "Suppression" means "being in a position to damage the core in a favorable battle situation and without great danger to you or your allies in the rush."
However, farms that use enemy TPs and farms outside the enemy base are permitted.

・水撒き行為 ・Watering

敵の侵攻を遅延するために水を撒くのは、正当な防衛の手段です。しかし、マップ内の木や建物の上から水を撒く行為は、その範疇に含まれません。我々が懸念しているのは過度な水撒きのみであるため、水を設置する場合は水流が発生しないようにしてください(但し、パーミッション外に流れてしまう場合はやむを得ません)。 Sprinkling water to delay the enemy's invasion is a legitimate means of defense. However, the act of sprinkling water over trees and buildings in the map is not included in that category. We are only concerned about excessive watering, so make sure there is no water flow when installing water (although it is unavoidable if it does flow outside your permissions).

・グリフ行為 ・Glypy Act

敵の侵攻を遅延するために水を撒くのは、正当な防衛の手段です。しかし、マップ内の木や建物の上から水を撒く行為は、その範疇に含まれません。我々が懸念しているのは過度な水撒きのみであるため、水を設置する場合は水流が発生しないようにしてください(但し、パーミッション外に流れてしまう場合はやむを得ません)。以下の行為はグリフ行為として処罰されます。
・明らかに味方が隠したと思われる物を故意に拾得する
・味方に害を与える建造物を建築する
・防衛を偽って放置する
・その他味方への妨害行為であると運営が判断した場合
The following acts will be punished as glyph acts.
・Deliberately find something that is apparently hidden by an ally
・Build a building that harms allies
・False defense
・When the management determines that it is an act of sabotage to other allies

・クロスチーミング ・Cross Teaming

チーム制のゲームにおいて、自身とは異なるチームとのチーミング行為 In a team-based game, teaming with a team different from yourself

その他の禁止行為 Other Prohibited Acts

・公序良俗に反するスキンの使用
・当サーバー, ウェブサイトにおける、DoS・DDoS攻撃、なりすまし行為、スパム行為
・トラップ・金銭目的の狩場の作成 許可なくあらゆるMOBトラップやポイントを稼ぐ目的の狩場を作成する行為
・侮辱的、差別的発言禁止 人種、性別、宗教、信条、門地、同性愛の嫌悪や差別など他者への侮辱に値するあらゆる行為
・利用規約に違反する行為、運営が処罰に値すると判断する行為
・他者が規約及びルール違反をしていることを知っているにも関わらずそれを運営に隠す行為
・ギルドを作成して他の人にギルドを渡すことを繰り返して量産する行為
・Use of skins that are offensive to public order and morals
・DoS / DDoS attacks, spoofing, and spamming on this server and website
・Creating a hunting ground for traps and monetary purposes Creating a hunting ground for the purpose of earning all MOB traps and points without permission
・Prohibition of insulting and discriminatory remarks All acts worthy of insulting others, such as race, gender, religion, beliefs, family origin, aversion to homosexuality and discrimination
・Acts that violate the terms of use and acts that the operation is judged to be punishable
・Knowing that someone is violating the rules and regulations and hiding it from the administration
・The act of creating a guild and passing the guild to another person repeatedly for mass production

・チケット内容を外部に漏らす行為
・運営への暴言・誹謗中傷・嫌がらせ・モチベーションを著しく妨害する行為
・公式DiscordのNSFWチャンネルにてスパム行為、メンションをする行為 ・Acts that violate the terms of use and acts that the operation is judged to be punishable
・Knowing that someone is violating the rules and regulations and hiding it from the administration
・Act of leaking ticket contents to the outside
・Abuse, slander, harassment, and motivation
・Spamming and mentioning on the official Discord NSFW channel
